What is Landlord Terminal

Landlord Terminal is the web-based hotel booking/property management system. The application and data is hosted on our server, so you don’t need to install any complex software or buy any expensive computers or set up a network. With only a internet connection and a PC or Mac computer you can manage your customer’s reservations, checkins, checkouts and repairs.

What is included in the system

Dashboard - displays all relevant information on one screen. An employee with the appropriate security access immediately sees lists of:

New reservations
Recent check-ins and check-outs
Available units
Urgent tasks and their current status.

The employee has the ability to filter the lists by unit type or by unit directly on the Dashboard. When any one of your user's updates information, the change is immediately displayed to all users in real-time. There is no need for additional clicks or other actions.

Reservation Board - displays of an units/rooms occupancy status presentation that gives the ability to select a free unit and make a reservation by one click. Again, because of AJAX, when a user changes the status of a unit, all other users will immediately see this change on the Dashboard or Reservation Board. A powerful filtering system helps users to quickly find the necessary objects.

Workorder Management System - sends current information about the existing repair tasks and other issues to the relevant users in real time. We've developed a flexible system of statuses, priorities and report so you can customize the system's workflow to fit you internal work processes. The notification system and integration with Dashboard guarantees that the appropriate employee will receive assigned tasks in time.

Online Booking System - allows you to implement full online booking literally within minutes. You only have to configure the appearance of the hotel/apartment description, services, facilities, prices, and the forms presentation via the user-friendly administration interface, to receive a small piece of HTML-code and enter it at one of the site pages.

Reporting System - provides you with all the important information concerning availability, pricing, transfers and additional charges for the period of time you designate.
